In this sonatina, at least in the score the author possesses, there are no dynamic markings whatsoever. There are also no tempo markings. To prevent the frequently observed long sequences from becoming drawn out, a certain rapid tempo is required. Therefore, a tempo of Allegro or faster is considered appropriate.
Dynamics should be varied according to pitch and key, ultimately being left to the performer. In the first half, the tonality modulates from A minor to C major and concludes. In the second half, it modulates from C major to F major, and then, after a long sequence, returns to A minor and concludes.
C major might be the mildest and softest key among these. F major might be a key with slightly more tension than C major, but it needs to be p or pp at measure 45, because a long sequence begins from measure 45.
At measure 65, it returns to A minor, and from measure 77, the number of voices increases. At measure 78, octaves appear in the left hand, leading one to imagine that this area is likely the most intense part. Please determine the dynamics by referring to these facts.
