The final movement, following the Allegro and Adagio. In A major. In 3/4 time. It is a work in variation form based on a cantabile minuet theme (8+8 measures, separated by repeat signs), consisting of the theme and six ornamental variations. The sixth variation, which is close to the original form of the theme, has a structure of (8+8)+(8+8) measures without repeat signs, and develops the variations by changing the register in each section.

Theme
This piece features numerous suspensions. After the suspension, the resolution should be played so that it gradually fades away. The piece transitions into a double dominant midway, so increase the tension in that section.
- Var1 Consider the smooth movement of a violin and play legato. Imagine a string quartet.
- Var2 Again, imagine a string quartet.
- Var3 This is a dynamic variation. The sixteenth notes do not necessarily need to be played legato; playing all notes staccato can also be enjoyable.
- Var4 Consider this a canon, requiring independence of voices. For example, in the first two measures, try to shape the lines of the first and second violins so that they sound like two distinct voices.
- Var5 Above all, timing is crucial in this variation. Play the precise timings of the small triplets, etc., without any deviation, so that it sounds like 3/4 time.
- Var6 This variation, full of Haydnesque humor, stands out. Try to create a sense of depth using a wide range of timbres and dynamics.
