First, regarding measures 1-20 and 144-163, there is an issue with the meter. With such a large number of ornaments written, the tempo inevitably tends to slow down. While a comfortable tempo setting might indeed be desirable when playing these trills, it is important to be aware that this section is notated in 2/2 time.
For example, imagine yourself as a conductor and try conducting in two beats. It should result in a rather slow two-beat tempo. However, if counted in four beats, it becomes a very fast tempo. In this section, it is crucial to be conscious of the second beat, and always strive to perform in 2/2 time.
On the other hand, in the middle section (measures 20-143), the theme begins with an octave. For instance, in measure 22, the left-hand theme starts with the last B of the first beat, then jumps to an octave lower B on the second beat.
However, this does not always occur consistently. For example, in measure 30, the theme undoubtedly appears on the second beat, but there is no A an octave higher on the preceding first beat. Nevertheless, these can be considered as themes. Consequently, please consider that two types of themes exist (those beginning with an octave and those that do not).
When a theme appears, prioritize making it audible.
