It is unclear what kind of psychological depiction this Allegro conveys, but the author perceives a certain joy and pleasantness. One might describe it as Handel's characteristic "agreeable persistence"; even with a high frequency of sequences, there is no sense of incongruity. It is advisable to perform it with a cheerful disposition.
The piece commences in D minor, modulating through A minor, F major, and C major while incorporating numerous sequences. It reaches a peak point (measure 27) from measure 25; however, the tension is sustained until the very end, with the left hand transitioning to octaves and a substantial cadence concluding the movement.
Given such a progression, it is suggested that the piece commence with a rather subdued dynamic level, gradually increasing tension from D minor to A minor, then softening the timbre for F major and C major, before progressing towards the peak point, and subsequently escalating the tension as the conclusion approaches.
