Subsequently, the rhythm becomes increasingly subdivided. Thereafter, a passage reminiscent of an organ follows. This section is occasionally interpolated even after transitioning to Meno mosso and music with a polyphonic texture. In this Impromptu, not only the overall scale of the work but also the expanded range encompassed by a single phrase is particularly striking.
