Members who have honed their skills both domestically and internationally came together in 2021. They are dedicated to online live concerts and outreach activities at libraries, elementary schools, and other venues.
First Violin: Nao Maeda
Graduated from Tokyo University of the Arts after attending the Royal Academy of Music Junior Academy and the Music High School attached to Tokyo University of the Arts. She was awarded First Prize at the All Japan Student Music Competition and was a finalist at the Music Competition of Japan. She is a recipient of the Risonare Chamber Music Seminar Encouragement Award, among others. She honed her skills at the Suntory Hall Chamber Music Academy and through studying in the UK under the Agency for Cultural Affairs' Overseas Study Program for Emerging Artists. She is currently a First Violinist with the Geidai Philharmonia Orchestra.
Second Violin: Nagisa Takahashi
Completed the Diploma and Soloist Master's programs at the Universität der Künste Berlin (Berlin University of the Arts), after attending Toho Gakuen School of Music High School. She honed her skills at the Berlin Opera Academy in Germany. She was awarded prizes at the All Japan Student Music Competition, 3rd prize at the Dubai Young Virtuoso Competition, and 3rd prize at the International Hindemith Competition, among others.
Viola: Azusa Takahashi
Completed the Master's program in Music at Tokyo University of the Arts Graduate School, after attending the Music High School attached to Tokyo University of the Arts and Tokyo University of the Arts. She honed her skills in the 1st and 2nd terms of the Suntory Hall Chamber Music Academy. She is a recipient of 1st prize at the International Art Competition Quakenbrück in Germany, 1st prize and the Art Award at the Japan Performer's Competition, and the Special Prize at the Bordeaux International String Quartet Competition, among others. She has appeared in NHK-FM's "Meikyoku Recital" (Masterpiece Recital), the "Emerging Artists Concert Development Project Recital Series", and other performances.
Cello: Yosuke Inda
Studied at the Prague Conservatory in the Czech Republic after graduating from the Music High School attached to Tokyo University of the Arts and Tokyo University of the Arts. He honed his skills at the Certified NPO Triton Arts Network Outreach Seminar. In addition to performing as a soloist in concertos with orchestras, he engages in a wide range of activities including a duo with his elder sister, violinist Chihiro Inda, the sextet "Naorai" which includes shakuhachi and bandoneon, various chamber music ensembles, and orchestras.
