A pianist from Beijing, China. They began studying piano at age six, and after attending the Primary and Secondary Schools affiliated with the Central Conservatory of Music, they moved to Canada at age 14. In 2002, they enrolled at the Curtis Institute of Music in the United States, where they studied under Gary Graffman.

During the 2005–06 season, they made their North American debut in Ottawa, performing a Beethoven concerto under the baton of Pinchas Zukerman as a substitute for Radu Lupu. Currently, they tour and perform worldwide.
