Swedish composer. After studying piano, organ, and harmony at the Royal College of Music in Stockholm, he went to Berlin to study. His works primarily consist of lieder (songs), numbering approximately 200. During his tenure as organist, he traveled extensively to various cities including Berlin, Munich, Vienna, and Paris.
