Composed for the "Shin-ichi Matsushita × Makoto Nomura" solo exhibition by Hiroaki Ooi (September 2010). Shin-ichi Matsushita's (1922-1990) posthumous work, Spectrum No. 6: 12 Bagatelles, had only its first six pieces completed, with only the planned titles discovered for the latter six. Six New Bagatelles was newly composed based on these "remaining titles."

• Piece VII: This piece was taken from the Keyboard Choreography Collection (KCC), a collaborative project between Nomura and Hugh Nankivell. KCC involves recording videos of infants freely playing the piano. Composers and choreographers then analyze these videos to extract as many piano playing techniques as possible, describing them not in musical terms but as choreography. It's a word association game: "Fourier" → "Furi" → "Furiko."
• Piece VIII: This piece is based on the fantasy that Hokusai of the South, a work written because a marimba depicted in Hokusai Manga strongly resembled the Gambang of Gamelan music, had further traveled to the Iberian Peninsula.
• Piece IX: Inspired by Nomura's Clair de Lune, composed during his elementary school years, this piece simply presents a melody created by elementary school students in Kitakyushu without alteration.
• Piece X: This piece synchronizes video with words from a presentation at an arts management workshop at the Fukuoka City Museum, treating the words as song and gestures as dance. Filming by Akito Izumiyama, editing by Kentaro Ueda.
• Piece XI: This piece synchronizes the performance with video footage of elderly residents playing the piano at the "Sakura-en" special nursing home. Video by Kentaro Ueda.
• Piece XII: This is a piece based on the historical shogi game record between Yoshiharu Habu and Koji Tanigawa.
