While a characteristic feature of my works is to "stylishly manifest Japanese and Asian aesthetics," for this particular work (the Prometheus Trilogy), I conceived a musical style that deviates somewhat from a conscious focus on Japan or Asia. I must also confess that during the composition process, the genius dancer Vaslav Fomich Nijinsky was constantly on my mind. "I am a god in a body. Everyone has this feeling. But no one uses it."
